Our criteria for choosing a builder ultimately came down to trust and experience. We selected BW Construction based on our belief that they could be trusted to stay on budget and handle the complexities of our custom building project. We also felt that they made the stressful process of homebuilding enjoyable along the way.
Bernard stayed true to his word throughout the construction of our home. He maintained extremely high expectations of all his subcontractors and was ever-present throughout the process. He effectively communicated job progress and always had an immediate plan to deal with challenges and adjustments to the plan.
At the completion of construction, we could not be more pleased with our home. Bernard continued to check on us after move-in to make sure our new home met all of our expectations. We were impressed by his can-do attitude, flexibility and willingness to try new ideas based on our requests and research. We are pleased to refer him for anyone looking for an exemplary builder who lives up to his word.
